Reuirements to rent

PLEASE READ BELOW TO GAIN AN UNDERSTANDING OF THE REQUIREMENTS AND CONTRACTS TO RENT WITH AAP-RENTALS LLC. IF A QUESTION SHOULD ARISE, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CALL, TEXT OR EMAIL VIA THE CONTACTS PAGE.

All renters must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license.  A photo of the front and back of license must be uploaded to your contract in order to complete the rental process.

A Valid full coverage insurance card/ information must be submitted and confirmed before being able to rent with AAP-Rentals LLC.

A refundable deposit of $150.00 for car the hauler is required before renting.  This will show up as pending charge and will be refunded once the trailer is returned in the same condition they were rented. 

Depending on the amount of hours, days, or weeks, the full amount of the rental cost is expected to be paid in full prior to rental.

Rental dates must be reserved prior to renting, as well as a credit/debit card must be kept on file for the refundable deposit. Once the Credit Card Authorization form is filled out and another day of rental is requested, the amount will automatically be charged to the card on file.
